Surface Hardness and Scratch Resistance • Resistant to Everyday Scratches

Pencil Hardness ≥ HB-1H: Tested using Mitsubishi hardness testing (750g load, 45° angle). High-quality products can reach H grade, leaving no marks from scratches by hard objects such as fingernails, keys, and ballpoint pens.
Steel Wool Friction-Free: After 50 cycles of rubbing with 0000# steel wool (500g load), the surface shows no visible scratches, does not whiten, and does not lose its gloss.
Curing Coating Technology: UV or electron beam cured coating, balancing hardness and adhesion. The coating does not peel or chalk, maintaining its scratch resistance for a long time.
Anti-Whitening Performance: Ordinary edge banding strips whiten after scratching (stress whitening phenomenon); the scratch-resistant formula uses modified resin, preventing whitening and fading after scratching.
