Dimensional Stability at High Temperatures & Withstands Heat Sources

Resistant to Thermal Creep: Under prolonged heating (e.g., a constant temperature of 60℃), the edge banding does not exhibit slow creep, slippage, or warping, maintaining a smooth edge.
Resistant to Brief High-Temperature Contact: Brief contact with hot objects such as pots, kettles, and oven doors (contact temperature ≤150℃, duration ≤3 seconds) leaves no burn marks or blistering.
Matching Coefficient of Thermal Expansion: Close to the coefficient of thermal expansion of the board material, it does not crack or delaminate under alternating hot and cold cycles (-10℃ to 70℃, 100 cycles).
Maintaining Adhesive Strength at High Temperatures: PUR adhesive or laser edge banding retains ≥85% of its adhesive strength at 80℃, while ordinary EVA adhesive softens and detaches at the same temperature.

Oxidation Resistance: Contains a compound system of primary antioxidants (hindered phenols) and secondary antioxidants (phosphites), inhibiting thermo-oxidative aging and preventing embrittlement with long-term use.
Damp Heat Aging Resistance: Under double 85 testing conditions (85℃/85%RH, 500 hours), the edge banding surface does not bubble, become sticky, fade, or crack.
Ozone/Industrial Environment Resistance: Contains anti-ozone agents, suitable for environments with high ozone concentrations such as factories, laboratories, and roadside areas, delaying surface cracking.
Outdoor Applicability: After xenon lamp aging testing (1000 hours, simulating outdoor sunlight), the edge banding maintains its mechanical properties and appearance, suitable for balcony cabinets and outdoor furniture.
