Moisture Curing Reaction Principle and Performance Advantages: Irreversible High-Strength Bonding

Moisture Cross-linking Curing: After application, the adhesive reacts chemically with moisture in the air or on the substrate, forming a three-dimensional network molecular structure. The curing process is irreversible.
Excellent High-Temperature Resistance: The softening point after curing can reach 120-150℃ (EVA only 80-100℃). It does not soften or delaminate when near stoves, radiators, or other heat-dissipating appliances.
Superior Water Resistance: It does not emulsify, absorb water, or delaminate when exposed to water. The bond strength retention rate is ≥90% even after long-term immersion or in high-humidity environments (EVA adhesive will turn white and peel off when exposed to water).
Solvent Resistance/ Chemical Resistance: Resistant to corrosion from alcohol, detergents, neutral cleaning agents, and weak acids and alkalis, suitable for kitchen, laboratory, and hospital furniture.
High Bonding Strength: 180° peel strength reaches 60-100 N/25 mm, approximately 1.5-2 times that of EVA adhesive, and the strength continues to increase over time (moisture curing).
Extremely Fine Adhesive Lines: Melt viscosity is lower than EVA (PUR approximately 3000-8000 mPa·s, EVA approximately 10000-20000 mPa·s), allowing for thinner and more uniform application; adhesive lines are almost invisible after edge sealing.
