Wide Board Compatibility: Excellent adhesion to particleboard (rough surface), MDF (dense and smooth), and plywood (layered structure), requiring no primer.
Strong Edge Banding Strip Compatibility: Firmly bonds to various edge banding strip materials such as PVC, ABS, PET, PP (corona-treated), wood veneer, and melamine paper.
Low-Temperature Coating Protects Substrate: Operating temperature 130-150℃, lower than EVA's 170-200℃, reducing the risk of burns to heat-sensitive boards (PVC foam board, thin MDF).
Excellent Invisible Adhesive Line: Melt viscosity 3000-8000 mPa·s (EVA 10000-20000), thinner adhesive layer (0.1-0.15mm), adhesive line width ≤0.1mm after edge banding.

Operating Procedures and Common Issues • Ensuring Optimal Edge Sealing Results

Adhesive Temperature Setting: Recommended 130-150℃. Fine-tuning is required for each batch of adhesive based on the manufacturer's technical parameters. Excessive temperature (>160℃) will lead to decreased viscosity, carbonization, and reduced cross-linking.
Adhesive Application Rate Control: Recommended application rate for PUR adhesive is 100-150g/m² (150-200g/m² for EVA). Reduce the gap between the application rollers by 10%-20%.
Open Time Management: The effective window from adhesive application to bonding is 10-20 seconds. Exceeding this time will cause the adhesive surface to form a skin, reducing bond strength.
Pressure and Time: Recommended pressure is 3-5kg/cm², and pressing time is ≥2 seconds to ensure full contact between the edge sealing strip and the board.
