EVA hot-melt adhesives are characterized by high cohesive strength and low molten surface tension, enabling them to bond with almost any material. They also offer excellent chemical resistance, thermal stability, weather resistance, and electrical properties. Due to their rapid bonding capabilities, wide range of applications, and non-toxic, pollution-free nature, they are increasingly recognized as "green adhesives."

Key Features
Typically solid at room temperature, the adhesive melts into a liquid when heated and rapidly solidifies again once cooled below its melting point;
Features rapid curing, low environmental impact, and strong adhesion; the resulting adhesive layer balances flexibility, hardness, and toughness;
Once applied and cured, the adhesive layer can be reheated and melted to bond with materials again, demonstrating a degree of re-adhesion capability;
In use, the adhesive simply needs to be heated to the required liquid state and applied to the substrates; bonding and curing occur within seconds after pressing, and the adhesive hardens, cools, and dries within minutes.
