Hot-melt adhesive is a thermoplastic adhesive; its physical state changes with temperature within a specific range while its chemical properties remain constant. It is non-toxic, odorless, and considered an environmentally friendly chemical product. It is highly favored due to its solid form-which facilitates easy packaging, transport, and storage-as well as its solvent-free, pollution-free, and non-toxic nature. Additionally, it offers advantages such as a simple production process, high added value, strong bonding strength, and rapid setting speeds.

EVA hot-melt adhesive is a 100% solid, meltable polymer that requires no solvents and contains no water. It exists as a solid at room temperature but transforms into a flowable, tacky liquid when heated to a specific temperature. In its molten state, EVA hot-melt adhesive appears light brown or white. It is composed of a base resin, tackifiers, viscosity modifiers, and antioxidants.
