With a surface gloss level reaching 90°–95°, this edge banding achieves a mirror-like effect comparable to high-gloss PET panels or piano-lacquer finishes. Once applied, the edge and the panel surface exhibit uniform brightness and clarity under reflected light, eliminating the visual discontinuity-where the panel reflects light while the edge does not-often seen with standard edge banding.
Flawless, Smooth Surface
Produced using high-precision extrusion molds paired with mirror-finish calendering rollers, the surface achieves a true mirror-like smoothness, free from "orange peel" textures, pinholes, or flow marks. Light is reflected evenly, avoiding the wavy distortions or hazy spots commonly found on conventional high-gloss edge banding.
Hardened High-Gloss Surface
Combining a mirror-like aesthetic with exceptional durability, the surface features a UV-hardened coating. With a pencil hardness rating of HB–H, it resists fine scratches from daily cleaning. An anti-fingerprint coating further minimizes smudges, ensuring the mirror-like finish remains pristine over time.
Optimized for High-Gloss Panels
Manufactured with a thickness tolerance controlled within ±0.02mm, the edge banding sits perfectly flush with the high-gloss panel, leaving no perceptible step or ridge to the touch. It is compatible with EVA/PUR hot-melt adhesives as well as laser edge-banding processes. When applied via laser, it achieves a "zero-glue-line" finish, ensuring an uninterrupted, seamless mirror-like appearance.
