Precise Pantone/RAL Spot Color Matching: Upon receiving Pantone or RAL color codes, we formulate spot colors using a professional system, keeping color deviation within ΔE ≤ 0.5. While standard PVC edge banding typically comes in just over a dozen colors (such as white, gray, black, and beige), custom colors cover virtually the entire spectrum, including brand-specific hues, trending shades, and unique intermediate tones.

Physical Sample Matching: For unique colors that cannot be defined by standard codes-such as specific board batch tones or brand VI colors-customers can submit physical board samples. We use professional equipment to capture color data and formulate the edge banding color accordingly. When placed side-by-side with the board, the color difference is virtually imperceptible to the naked eye.

Batch-to-Batch Color Consistency: Custom spot colors are recorded in dedicated formula files, ensuring precise reproduction during every production run. Repeat orders require no further color matching or sampling, and color variance for the same custom shade across different batches remains within ΔE ≤ 0.5, guaranteeing long-term color stability.
