Molecular-Level Fusion: Laser energy enables the edge banding strip to achieve a molecular-level bond with the board surface, resulting in adhesion strength far exceeding that of traditional hot melt adhesive edge banding.
Zero Glue Line Effect: With no traditional EVA/PUR adhesive layer, no glue lines are visible at the seams after edge banding, resulting in an extremely clean visual effect.
Extremely Strong Weather Resistance: Molecular-level fusion does not depend on the aging life of the adhesive. The bonding layer between the edge banding strip and the board is less prone to cracking and detachment due to temperature and humidity changes.
