Excellent Heat Resistance: ABS features a heat deflection temperature of 85–100°C (compared to just 65–70°C for standard PVC), ensuring it does not easily soften or deform under the high-temperature friction of high-speed edge-banding machines or in the hot environments near kitchen stovetops.

Outstanding Impact Resistance and Toughness: With a notched Izod impact strength of 20–35 kJ/m²-approximately 1.5 times that of standard PVC-ABS edge banding resists chipping and cracking during daily handling and use, effectively reducing the need for after-sales repairs.

No Whitening After Trimming: Made from pure ABS, the material retains a smooth, rounded edge texture after trimming and chamfering.
